Topic suggestion

Okay, it may seem random, but I was wondering if we could add a topic named: Welcome the new members.

Lately, there was some new registration (some of them seem like they are dead xP), but there was no place where we could greet them.

So my idea is to make a topic like this:

-> Welcome to newcomers! (change title =_=")
- Name (username)
- Name (username)
(any newcomer can post a post with their username as title)

On this topic, they can talk about their interests, why they joined the forum... anything.
